Online Store - Payment & Shipping

PAYMENT

Payment can be made via PayPal, either using a PayPal account or using a major credit or debit card if you do not have a PayPal account. My online store uses PayPal because it is globally recognised as a safe and secure way to purchase online goods without giving out your bank details to the seller.

I will also accept cheques and postal orders. Please e-mail me using the contact page, stating which items you would like to purchase and which method you would like to pay by (cheque or postal order) together with details of where items are to be sent. Details of where to send payment can be found on the contact page together with contact telephone number. Cheques and postal orders should be made payable to "Sue Taylor". If using either of these methods of payment please note that purchases will not be sent out until these have cleared. If requested I can e-mail you when the item/s have been dispatched.

SHIPPING

Delivery to UK addresses will be sent by Royal Mail First Class Post. Goods from stock will be dispatched within approximately 24- 48 hours of receiving cleared payment. Please allow for weekends and Bank Holidays.

Postage and packaging is free on all items within the UK unless otherwise stated. Delivery to non-UK addresses will incur postage. Please e-mail me and I will advise of postage costs.

All items are dispatched in a hardbacked or padded envelope to protect your purchase and to prevent any damage.

RETURNS

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please return item/s within 14 days in the condition it/they were received with a covering letter stating reason for return and where applicable your order number. A full refund will be given for the cost of the item/s only, not the postage for return unless the item is faulty. Please note that due to hygiene standards earrings cannot be returned if worn.
